Salsa

• Warm-up Routine: canopy, cross body lead, man's loop, cross body lead
• Shoulder check
• Willie Rios' move: canopy with stop-and-go, leader's go under and loop, shoulder check using followers' shoulder
• Stop-and-go from man's turn and hand change on 5-6-7
• Canopy with hand change behind back and ladies' free spin

Bachata

• Follower's and Leader's outside and inside turns
• cuddle
